for 4 people
– 4 nice thin veal escalopes – ask your butcher to flatten them a bit if necessary
– 25g (0.9 Oz) of butter
– 125g (4.4 Oz) of creme fraiche
– 100g (3.5 Oz) of mushrooms
– 1-2 tablespoons of peppercorns per steak
– Salt and pepper
– Fresh parsley
– 1 lemon (optional)

PREPARATION + COOKING TIME: 15 minutes.

SERVING SUGGESTION: boiled or steamed potatoes, green beans or Gratin Dauphinois.
