I think there’s way too much butter here. Think it’d easily overwhelm any flavour from the oysters, and it also hides them.

Where is the oyster? it seems to me perhaps that there might be a little too much butter. Pretty colours, pretty dish but I would like to be able to see what I’m eating 🙂 Otherwise beautiful.
