Hand-painted edible stickers for decorating bento dishes (here, anpan)

I painted these edible stickers onto sheets of Oblaat paper (a thin, flavorless starch) using food coloring (tracing a design done by my older daughter).
Once dry, you can put Oblaat stickers onto onigiri or bread (before baking) for pretty instant decoration. Plus, you can make a lot at one time and store them.
I’m much better and drawing/painting than cutting, so I usually go for Oblaat art over cut nori designs.
