  1. I’m sat here by the pool thinking this looks like hard work, could have picked up the phone and have you deliver me a Simon portion.
Look’s very nice, would have liked a vegetarian dish.
Not that I have been vegetable this last 3 weeks 😂
I will put one on my Christmas listed or Black Friday.

  2. Great video, I like the idea of the fruits giving a bit of sweetness to the dish, I'll have to try it with chicken in the now "old style Foodi. Can you do a video making Chicken Molé 😁

  3. Looks great chef, I've bought some goat meat at my local farm shop, can you make a traditional goat curry for us or a braised oxtail 👍

  4. I bought the 15-1 back in March and haven't used my cooker since. Fabulous bit of kit and still learning how to adapt my usual recipes. I had one serious boo boo when I tried to cook bread in it as per the recipe book. The first time I cooked it the top burned a little, but no big problem. The bread was delicious. The second time I cooked it I was working upstairs when I smelt burning. Looked around the whole house was full of smoke. Briefly, the loaf had risen that much it totally filled the lid and burnt to charcoal. It took hours to clean the 15-1. We cut the top third off the loaf and continued cooking it and it was still delish, but I've not attempted it since.
