Ingredients :
2 salmon fillet
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
A handful of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
thinly sliced lemons

Marinate your salmon for at least half an hour.
Line your baking pan with parchment paper for easy clean up.
BAKE at 450F for 12-15 minutes , depending on the size of you salmon fillet.

You gotta love the garlicky & zesty flavors from this salmon recipe. Serve it on top of rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
