Welcome back! Today we are taking a tour of our pantry so we can show you what we’ve presevered this year from our garden. We moved at the end of the summer before everything in our garden was ready to be harvested, but thats ok because we still ended up with lots of jars for the winter!
We will walk you through each of the things we canned on our shelf and talk a little bit about each one and what we use it for. We also have a few things on our shelf that come from the store and we’ll explain why we have those too!
Each season we add more and more to our shelf and maximixe our gardens growing space. The new property we are at, has no garden space as of now but we’ve already started planning for next season. So, stay tuned to see what we are able to grow, harvest and preserve.
Follow along with us as we show you how to build a homestead from scratch!

You could make a cinnamon roll with the blueberry jam! Cowboy candy is great on burgers in place of a relish. Applesauce bread, muffins, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and in oatmeal.
Do you have any videos when you are making syrup? If not, I would love one next year! 🙂
Did you ever think about Apple butter? It's very good.
Another idea with your zucchini is zucchini bread.
If you add vinegar to your canner, it will keep some of the dust and yucky stuff off your jars
Do you share recipes for dilly beans? Or is there a video I’m a new subbie 😊
Love the videos don't know how u get the time to do everything, best of luck with your house its class ,
Nice pantry tour. Try adding ground cayenne pepper to your cowboy candy. It’s very spicy, too spicy for me. Lol
Beautiful tour, Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
