I tried cooking a pasta dish, this time using bucatini. I experimented by combining marinated artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, and pesto. The result was delightful to the tastebuds!

Ingredients:
About 5 cups of water
Extra virgin olive oil for pasta boiling and for sauteeing
1 lb pasta (I used Bucatini here)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 bottle marinated artichokes
1 pack sun-dried tomatoes
1 bottle pesto
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated Parmesan, to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Sautee garlic and sundried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
3. Add pesto and marinated artichokes (including the liquid). Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for a while.
4. Add the cooked pasta and mix until pasta is well-coated with the sauce.
5. Top with some grated Parmesan. Serve and enjoy!
