Ingredients (for 6 persons):

For the Meatballs:

500 gr ground beef
One egg
2 tbsp bread crumbs
One grated middle-sized onion
One tsp salt, black pepper
Finely chopped parsley
For the Vegetables:

3-4 middle-sized potatoes
200 gr mini/snack carrots
A half tsp curry, garlic powder
One tsp red paprika powder, salt
One tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl.
Season the vegetables and add them to your baking tray together with the meatballs.
Cover it with a wet baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius, top and bottom heat, for approximately 45 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet after 25 minutes of baking.
