  1. Outstanding cook Gentlemen, coming from New England, just outside of Boston, you fellows did an awesome job. You made us proud here in the Northeast.

  2. Good work, Greg and Gary.  This was a great video, and I particularly liked that it was a little bit of deviation from your normal burger and steak fare.  What happened to the seaweed?  You should toss that through some sesame oil and sesame seeds and make the perfect Korean style side dish.  Don't throw away seaweed!!!  Love it!  Great video.  Never heard of Gary before, but I will subscribe to his channel.

  3. Greg I noticed that some of you guys have youtube patches on your shirts. Did you guys form something? As always, great vid with you and Gary!

  4. Really enjoyed this! what a great idea!!!  What size kettle is that btw?  Looks like we're moving from our flat into a new house!!!! so i can finally get one (hopefully).  Thanks Greg!

  5. Great collaboration guys!  I'm glad you dispatched the Lobsters before loading them in the pit – I hate hearing them scream when they land on a hot surface!

BTW, Nice shirts!  Gary needs a hat like yours!

  6. OK, this one might be Christmas dinner for me.  Since I'm in Arizona, it "might be" long pants weather.

Greg, GREAT recipe, and great YouTube channel!

  7. Greg, how many bags of the sea-foo-weed ') did you use for this? And if you had done shrimp, would you have put it on at the end so it wouldn't overcook. I'm thinking of adding shrimp and crab legs.

  8. Blasphemy! Just kidding buddy. If you get a chance, check out a project my wife and I just started on Facebook, Tasting New England.

  9. Im sure someone already commented on this but the reason the rocks are splitting is because you are using river rocks. They have a little moisture in them and when they heat up the steam generated can cause the rocks to explode. Its best to use other types of rocks for this. Cool video though.

  10. pretty sure it's a rule to never put river rocks on a fire. precisely because they can explode. other than that this looks great.
