This is my family’s recipe for making this delicious and popular Lebanese sauce using a food processor. It is made using only four ingredients; no eggs, dairy or potatoes as additives are required in the recipe.

It is vegan and just delicious. It is the perfect accompaniment for beef, lamb, chicken or pork, goes well with roasted vegetables and can be watered down with mayo to make a garlic aioli.
