My mom and I both are big fans of this non-dairy Pineapple Coconut Smoothie which uses only 5 ingredients and is out of this world good.

Ingredients List:
1 1/4 cups – Frozen Pineapple Tidbits
1/2 Cup of Coconut Cream Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
8 Ice Cubes
Oat Milk

Before blending you will want to add enough oat milk to allow the blending to begin. When you first start blending, the consistency should be so thick that it stops blending until you add more oat milk.

You can give short bursts with the pulse feature on your blender to help blend when the smoothie is a thicker consistency or to get it started as you pour more milk or water.

Continue adding oat milk to desired texture.

I also started adding Coconut Whipped Cream and it adds a nice flare to this beverage.
