I love biscuits and gravy…but I'm at the age where I can't eat that stuff much anymore. Once in a while I'll indulge. Chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, shrimp and grits, greens with ham seasonings….my cholesterol is up just typing this out. Enjoy !!

as a southerner in texas biscuits and gravy is just a hug when eaten and being mexican we have a sorta mexican version my grandma makes and she finally passed the recipe down to me
