Ingredients:
12 oz package fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup orange juice
zest of one orange
Directions:
In a medium size pot, add cranberries, sugars, water, orange juice, and orange zest. Let simmer about 10 minutes or until cranberries are tender and have popped open. Stir occasionally. Chill in refrigerator. Cranberry Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.

Another wonderful recipe from beginning to end. I have always wanted to know how to make cranberry sauce homemade. My Dad is a fan of the canned but I am going to try this one to see if he likes it even better. I feel I have hit the lottery finding your channel. I am learning so much about cooking from you. I only use orange juice for the liquid and put cinnamon, nutmeg and a very small amount of cloves while it’s cooking.
