I learned this awesome recipe from the book “Evolutions in bread” by Ken Forkish, which I highly recommend. Follow it and you will have an amazingly delicious bread.
I’ll be very happy to hear about your experience if you decide to make one, so don’t hesitate to let me know how it went in the commend section.

Ingredients:
500 g (17.65 oz) White flour
370 g (13.05 oz) Water (lukewarm)
3-4 g (0.10 – 0.14 oz) Yeast
11 g (0.39 oz) Salt

Preheat the Dutch oven for ~35 minutes at 230°C (450°F)
Bake for ~45 minutes at 220°C (425°F). Baking time may vary and can go up to 50 minutes

  1. A million thanks for this recipe and video. I made this bread today and it was an absolute success for me from start to finish. Thank you. ❤😊

  2. Wow. I was always told that salt would kill the yeast if they come in direct contact.
I make bread of this type, but the process is different. Nice to learn something new!
