  1. My neighborhood butcher trims the fat off his oxtails before he put them in the display for sale. He sells with fat and he sells trimmed fat oxtail s and those are all red no white fat on them at all

  2. Ms. Pam I just love you! I love to watch you cook and your enthusiasm is just a blessing. I made my very 1st pan of cornbread when I was 5. And I have been making it every since. I also made alot of stews but I never thought about using a sweet potato in my recipe. Definitely will now. And I will definitely try your Ox Tail stew as well. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I fed my show dogs ox tails every morning. The big base part of the tail was what my but her cut for me until they got too.expensive.

  4. I have been binge watching your videos every since i found your channel tonight. You seem like such a sweet, kind, nuturing woman 🥰 Could you please do a video on how to make "Blackberry Pie"? My pepaw (grandpa) birthday is on Christmas which is the same day his mother passed on a few years ago. I want to surprise him and make him a blackberry pie since its his favorite and he hasn't had a homemade one since he was very veey young. Thank you so much in advance 💚 Keep being amazing

  5. Pam, you are Definitely a Southern Lady. My Mother used to peel a Sweet Potato like a White Potato (Born in Florence, SC ). I tried it after she Transitioned and had to use a peeler because it was too Difficult for me 😊😅😅😅😅. I Miss my Mother! Thank you for the Memories of Love,💕Chef Pam
