ROSEMARY & GARLIC BABY POTATOES
1½ lbs baby potatoes
2 sprigs fresh rosemary, picked and minced
4 garlic cloves, grated
2 TB extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°.
2. Cut potatoes in half (leave whole if they are especially tiny).
3. Toss with minced rosemary, grated garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated all over.
4. Spread out in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400° for 18-20 minutes, shaking once at the halfway point.
5. Move to a serving dish and ENJOY!

  1. Tip: If you don’t want your air fryer to get too dirty, you can use aluminum foil as a plate, putting the potatoes over it and you can also cover them with the rest of the aluminum foil sheet.
