Delicious combination of white chocolate and blueberries will make everyone ask for more! If you are looking for super easy dessert idea, then look no further. No baking, no cooking, no gelatine, no eggs and with only 3 ingredients, it will take no time to make this mousse dessert which makes it perfect last minute dessert idea.
It can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

250g (2 cups) fresh or frozen a thawed blueberries
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
150g white chocolate
