I don't even own a non-stick pan. But if his carbon steel pan was well seasoned (used a lot) it would be basically non-stick. I completely disagree with fries. This is cheap filler used by food stands. Not if you are making at home. Agree with you about the brush of lemon. I like lemon but not here.
