Today we give you my mothers Fork tender Veal Cacciatore recipe. we hope you enjoy it as much as we do

Ingredients
4 lbs Veal stew meat
2 lbs mushrooms ( cut in halves and quarters)
2 lg Onions (quartered)
3 red Peppers ( cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces )
salt , pepper , olive oil
2 qt Gravy/sauce/red gold
( see Episode 1 , The secret of the Italian Gravy , for recipe )

veal in baking pan with salt pepper and olive oil
bake on 350 tightly covered for 90 minutes ( stir half way )

once done add to gravy/sauce and simmer 30 minutes

add mushrooms, onions and peppers and simmer until tender , crisp

serve and enjoy
