INGREDIENTS
2 sleeves of graham crackers
2 sticks of butter
1/3 cup granulated white sugar
2 14oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup key lime juice
Zest of 1 lime
2/3 cup of full fat sour cream
1 box of vanilla cake mix
How to make key lime pie dump cake:
Making the Graham Cracker Crust:
1. Use a food processor or your internal rage to finely crush your graham crackers.
2. Add your granulated sugar to the graham crackers in a bowl.
3. Whisk to fully combine and then add your melted butter.
4. Once again, mix until fully incorporated.
5. Pour your mixture into your 9×13 baking dish and FIRMLY press it down, making sure to get the corners too.
Making the Key Lime Filling:
1. Add your sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and sour cream to a bowl and mix together until fully combine.
2. Pour this mixture out on top of your graham crackers and using your spoon, spread it out to create as even of a layer as you can.
Making the Cake Crumble Topping:
1. Take your full box of cake mix and dump it into a bowl.
2. Melt and add your butter.
3. Whisk together until it no longer does its’ job and then get in there with your hands to fully combine. There should be no dry cake mix at the bottom of the bowl. Your texture should be crumbly like wet sand.
4. Using your buttery hands, crumble your….crumble on top of the key lime mixture to create a fairly even surface.
5. Place your baking dish into a 350℉ preheated oven for 30 minutes.
6. Remove after 30 minutes and let cool to room temperature.
7. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream or both. Enjoy!

1st! Watching you taste the key lime vs the lime juice made my lips pucker! 😂 I could just imagine the taste LoL. When I crush graham crackers I usually use a large zip lock bag and roll a rolling pin on top. It reduces the mess and I can see the result before opening the bag. It looks delicious. FINALLY, someone smart enough to melt and mix the butter with the cake mix instead of placing butter pads on top of the raw flour. Great job ……
