▼CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA RECIPE▼

Ingredients:
•⅔ cup heavy cream
•3 tablespoons unsalted butter
•2 ounces cream cheese
•4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
•¼ teaspoon garlic powder
•1 cup all purpose flour
•pizza dough (see How to Make a Regular Crust Pizza)
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•2-3 cooked, shredded chicken tenderloins (see How to Cook Chicken in a Pressure Cooker)
•1 cup spinach
•1 ½-2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
•Make pizza dough (see How to Make a Regular Crust Pizza) and set aside.
•Cook, shred and set aside chicken tenderloins (see How to Cook Chicken in a Pressure Cooker).
•In a saucepan over medium heat, melt and whisk together the heavy cream, unsated butter and cream cheese until all the clumps are gone.
•Reduce the heat to low.
•Whisk in 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and the garlic power.
•Let sit for 18 minutes to simmer.
•Turn off the heat and let the Alfredo sauce cool to room temperature.
•Preheat an oven to 525 degrees. If using a pizza stone, let it sit in the 525 degree oven for 30 minutes.
•If using a pizza stone, lay down parchment paper on a flat surface and sprinkle flour over the parchment paper. If using a pizza pan, sprinkle flour over the pizza pan.
•Sprinkle flour on the dough and spread out the pizza dough on the parchment paper or pizza pan.
•Make a lip at the edge of the dough. If using a pizza peel, place the parchment paper with the pizza dough on it on the pizza peel after spreading out the dough.
•Brush the edge of the dough with olive oil.
•Scoop and spread evenly the room temperature Alfredo sauce on to the pizza dough.
•Place the shredded chicken tender loins over the dough.
•Tear apart and sprinkle onto the pizza dough the spinach.
•Sprinkle 1 to 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese over the toppings of the pizza.
•If using a pizza peel and stone, transfer the pizza and parchment it is on to the a pizza stone in the oven. If using a pizza pan, place the pizza and the pan in the oven.
•Bake in a 525 degree oven for 10 minutes.
•After 10 minutes, open the oven and sprinkle another ½ cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
•Bake in a 525 degree oven for 2 minutes.
•Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  1. Notes: I correctly say to bake the pizza for 10 min., but incorrectly had 30 min. on the screen at 5:43. I incorrectly say and put on the screen that I sprinkle another half cup of Parmesan cheese on the pizza at 6:38. I sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. The recipe directions for Chicken Alfredo Pizza are in the video's description and are correct.
