In this short video, I show you how to make chicken liver tagine with olives, a traditional Moroccan dish that is both delicious and easy to make.

500g chicken liver, cut into small pieces
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
Instructions:

Heat the oil in a tagine over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add the ginger, cumin, black pepper, and salt and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken liver and cook until browned.
Add the olives, lemon juice, and water and cook for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Tips:

You can add any vegetables you like to the tagine, such as carrots, potatoes, or mushrooms.
You can serve the tagine with rice or bread.
