  2. I made this tonight (burp) Had to go out and buy an oven-safe pan and I had already used it twice before I got to this recipe. It was very good, the chicken nice and moist. Still, it seemed to be missing a little something. Maybe some tarragon? Definitely will be making it again. I skipped the cheese as I will be reheating the second half. Rice and steamed green beans to go with.
