
veggie balls – Blend 1 can drained chickpeas & 1 tin kidney beans 6 cloves garlic. Place mixture in bowl & mix 1 cup oats, 1 chopped red onion, 2 tsp basil & oregano, 4 TBP nutritional yeast & salt &pepper to taste. Add juice lemon & 2 cups shredded squash. Make into balls & bake at 190c for 20 min
