  3. I cooked this good recipe but grew tired while using the mortar. While struggling I noticed the term "creamy" in my printed recipe. Therefore I immediately switched to the food processor to make the pesto. I could have saved so much time by using processor in the first place. I do not believe the processor in any way diminished the very good result.
