624 grams of sugar (52 grams per pound of raspberries)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt

👩‍🍳 Method:

1. Clean raspberries and mix with sugar. Let it sit for 3–4 hours.
2. Add lemon juice and salt and let sit for an additional 2 hours.
3. Cook the mixture, bring it to a rolling boil, and perform a gel test.
4. Can the jam using a water bath method.
