Toss together:
1 LB Carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tbs Terranean Herbs Za’atar Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil

Bake at 400F for 30-35 Minutes (flip halfway through)

For the feta dip, blend together:
Feta Cheese
Ricotta
Lemon Juice
Za’atar
Olive Oil
S&P
