Hello! I am pretty new to owning a grill and bought the Bluerhino Razor griddle gas grill thing. It’s been fine for a couple days, but this morning while trying to make breakfast it is having trouble keeping both flames on high. We tried resetting the OPD and regulator per [this](https://homeguides.sfgate.com/troubleshoot-gas-grill-low-flame-41895.html) tutorial but it didn’t work. We then noticed that when both burners are on high the flames are very low on both, but if we do one on high it’s fine. Is this something that can be fixed? Or should we return and try again?
