  3. The tips on cutting the chicken are very nice. Thanks for the video. I never cooked chicken that way and feel like we have been missing out. BTW do you recommend Avocado oil for high heat cooking? We're going to nab some. We've been going to Sam's Club and getting some great seafood and meats for very reasonable prices, and we'll incorporate some of your tips. Cheers buddy!
