Chicken Marsala Recipe | My Favorite 15 Minute Dinner Dish

A delicious addition to one of my favorite dinners is Chicken Marsala Recipe. This recipe can be made quickly and easily in just 15 minutes. Marsala is added to mushrooms and roasted chicken in this recipe, which is creamy, and juicy, and the flavor from the addition of garlic is mouth-watering. Ingredients📝

✅ (400g) 1 chicken breast
✅ 200g Mushrooms
✅1/2 cup chicken stock
✅ Marsala ¾ cup
✅ 1/2 cup heavy cream
✅ 4 cloves of garlic
✅ 3 tablespoons of olive oil
✅ 20g of butter
✅ 1 tablespoon of flour
✅ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
✅ 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions📝

1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
2. Then pierce the meat with a fork and make it soft.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Dredge the seasoned chicken pieces in the flour and keep the excess flour aside.
5. Now chop the garlic.
6. Cut the mushrooms.
7. Then heat a pan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 5 grams of butter.
8. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the heated oil and fry until golden brown.
9. Now heat 15g of butter to the remaining oil in the pan.
10. Add the chopped mushrooms to it and fry it mixing well.
11. Add the chopped garlic when the mushrooms are slightly fried.
12. Now mix again add chicken stock and mix.
13. Add a tablespoon of flour to it and mix again.
14. Once the mushrooms are fried until brown, add the marsala and mix.
Next, add the heavy cream and mix.
15. When the gravy thickens slightly, add the fried chicken.
16. Simmer for 2-.4 minutes on medium heat and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
