Smoked Salmon Quesadillas | Smoked Salmon And Camembert

This recipe is one of those that people like you should be making. Smoked salmon, in food terms, is the exotic girlfriend your geeky brother brought to the Christmas party. The Camembert cheese was something she thought of, because you didn’t. The result is a group of people gathered at the start line, the Quesadillas ready on the dining table waiting. The rest is little moans of excitement after each bite is taken. So, let’s get cooking……

Ingredients for: Smoked Salmon Quesadillas : Smoke Salmon And Camembert

4 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 spring onions sliced at an angle
10 thin slices of Camembert cheese
100 g of smoked salmon slices
A dusting of smoked paprika
a moderate grind of black pepper
A small knob of butter

Once cooked these quesadillas can be frozen.
