The bowl looks rough and like dragging a spoon over it would make me uncomfortable. Like when a steak is served on those slate plates.

More soup, no chives in the middle. The simplicity with the greens around the edge of the lobster tail is just enough.

That looks so good, and also like something I wouldn’t be overwhelmed eating. Usually lobster meals are so filling and I feel bleh after, but not for that

Looks delicious, but doesn’t look like soup/bisque. More of a sauce of some sort. Also, the chives don’t add anything unless you want someone to bite through a chive as a part of their experience ….
