A delicious dish that I learned from a Turkish friend, it’s very easy, delicious, and nutritious. It’s quickly prepared, and with just a few basic ingredients, you can create a masterpiece. You can get creative with various vegetables .

Ingredients:
– 2 chicken thighs
– 1 cup bulgur or rice
– Salt and pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 2 red and green bell peppers
– Some rosemary
– 2-3 cloves of garlic
– 1 teaspoon oregano
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup water

*Note:* Instead of bulgur, you can use rice, but you can easily find bulgur in Turkish stores.

When you put it in the pot, let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes on low heat.
