This is the easiest and simplest pancake recipe that you’re going to love because the outcome is some soft and fluffy pancakes the recipe is easy to follow with very minimal ingredients to get started in your mixing bowl you’re going to be adding in the dry

Ingredients so I’m going to add in my all purpose flour sugar teaspoon baking powder and some salt use a whisk and mix in the dry ingredients together to combine once done it’s time for my wet ingredients so I’m going to keep my bowl

Aside and in my glass jar over here I have 1 cup of milk I’m going to crack in two eggs add in a teaspoon of vanilla Essence using my whisk I’m going to whisk in the egg into the

Milk once combined I’m going to add in 2 tbspoon of cooking oil and mix the eggs are going to make the pancakes very fluffy and the vanilla Essence is going to add an amazing flavor to our pancakes when done you’re going to pick your dry ingredients mix your wet ingredients

In use your mix and mix in the dry ingredients together with the wet ingredients to combine it is okay if the butter is a little bit lumpy just make sure everything is well combined you’re going to place a nonstick pan over medium flame once

The pancake butter is ready it should be a little bit on the thick side not on the Wet Side once the pan is hot you’re going to add in about a half a teaspoon of cooking oil spread the oil in the pan scoop out your butter and add in the

Pan after adding in your butter you’re going to wait for around 30 seconds then you’re going to notice some bubbling on top pick a spatula flip so that the other side can cook give the other side about 30 more

Seconds and once ready you’re going to transfer to a plat and add in your butter I’m going to add in some more oil just a little bit of oil half a teaspoon using my brush spread the oil in the Pan the cooking oil is going to add a very nice ring on the edges

Of the pancake also it’s going to give the pancake a very nice lovely color add in some more butter I’m using half a cup to add the butter in my pan spread the butter just a little bit wait for around 30 seconds to 1 minute and

Flip the aroma in the kitchen right now is just so good you can smell the pancakes from another room I’m almost done making my pancakes this is the last one and I always enjoy making pancakes for my kids because they absolutely love pancakes most of the time I’ll also make pancakes in

The evening because they love having their with some 4:00 chai after around 30 seconds I’m going to flip so that the other side can cook and the pancake is looking very perfect I also love serving my pancakes over breakfast or Branch maybe on a Saturday or a

Sunday you can top up the pancakes with some honey or some maple syrup and it’s going to be so delicious this is a easy recipe that you’re going to love and I hope you’ll be trying out this easy pancake recipe
