I’m not one for oysters, but this indeed looks very pretty.

How did they taste? Seems very busy.
How did you make the apple kiwi pearls?
That’s like 3 forms of acid and quite intense flavours from each competing with the oyster. Also what kind of oyster?

I love oysters so I usually just want them with a spritz of lemon or a small spoon full of mignonette (from in the side) and would almost always rather have them this way than a composed dish … but THIS? This is a yes

Threads look like the red worms that live on oyster shells in the mid Atlantic. Gross

Sounds really fun! Nice combo

This looks amaaaazing! I’ve never tried this before but now I’m definitely feeling inspired. I love how the oysters play off the tartness of the hibiscus and mignonette, and the fruit add a really nice freshness. Yum!

It’s sounds like the flavors could work, but the colors are really off putting. I don’t want to see swampy balls or red worms on my oysters!

Dish looks and sounds awesome. I think you probably intentionally selected this plate, but I would have liked to see more contrast, with a dark plate, rather than having it blend with the actual dish.

I love oysters but I can’t do them with hibiscus, I find that flavor too strong.

Separate the oysters from the inside of the shell before your stack them with all that crap. It’s a very pretty plate up, although a bit busy. I’m not doubting the flavor, but I’d I have to stick my finger in there to get the oyster in my mouth I’m going to be pretty disappointed.
