Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
2/3 cup (76g) finely shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (56g) finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
250g frozen spinach, thawed

Let’s make this creamy spinach and N Choke dip oh so good add cream cheese sour cream mayonnaise mozzarella and parmesan cheese and zest in one clove of garlic then give that a good mix then add your artichokes and spinach then fold everything together until fully smooth transfer to a baking dish then

Smooth up the top and I like to finish with a layer of cheese this dip freezes really well so if you want to make it in advance you can and then just reheat it put in the oven when you’re ready to serve it it’s so good and so easy a definite crowd pleaser
