Hi everyone I’m Esther from Essie cooks and in this video I’m going to be showing you how to make vegan mashed potatoes we are going to make these super creamy and garlicky and delicious so let’s get started and me to show you how to make these the first thing we are

Going to start with is six large Yukon Gold potatoes these are the best ones for making mashed potatoes you can find they look just like this if you can’t find large ones like this no worries you can use you know about eight or nine smaller Yukon Gold potatoes um so that

Is going to be the amount we’re going to need so you can leave the peel on if you want but I’m actually going to peel these and cut them into smaller pieces just to make this a little bit faster and easier peeling the potatoes is also going to make these mashed potatoes

Creamier okay now I’m going to cut these potatoes into quarters just because they’re big and I want them to boil a little bit faster so just like this I’m going to put them directly into the pot I’ve got them all in the pot and you can
