Fried spam with scrambled eggs and some pork rinds just for fun. My partner was disgusted and then I made him try it. Guess who also got spam with their eggs this morning.

I am stuck in the past when the thing tasted like food.
Avocado oil
Spam, chopped
6 eggs
2 t almond milk
Butter
Salt, pepper, cilantro
Heat oil in skillet, add spam and fry until crispy. Meanwhile, blend eggs and milk. Remove spam to paper towel, then either use leftover oil or wipe pan and melt butter. Add eggs and let sit for a while until settled on bottom. Push eggs to middle of pan and let the outsides cook. Keep doing this until done. Add cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs as desired.
What is spam? Ham? How’d you try it in the first place? I always wondered who grabs it at the grocery store.
