SOUTHERN STYLE DEVILED EGGS
Ingredients boiling eggs
12 jumbo eggs
2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoons of lime juice
3 cups of ice
Ingredients making feeling
12 jumbo eggs
5 tablespoons of mayo
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
1 teaspoons of ranch
4 tablespoons of sweet relish
1 teaspoons of old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of Tony’s creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Paprika
Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Put eggs into a pot add water into the pot until all the eggs are completely covered with water add white distilled vinegar and salt Bring the pot of water to a boil. On heat 7/8 set a timer for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes turn off heat and add lime juice put the remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath.
Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, ranch, sweet relish, old bay seasoning, Tony’s creole seasoning and salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it’s smooth.
Use a piping bag or spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle on paprika and parsley for garnish.

The pot was free because I ain’t never seen no money leave my account when I paid for it so technically I a really pay for it with my money because no money had left my account okay girl math if you get it you get it then I’m going
Go ahead um I’m place all the eggs into my pot I am using the Publix jumbo eggs okay then I went ahead and I put some water until all my eggs was completely covered then I added 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar and the reason we’re adding the vinegar is because it’s
Going to make the eggs easier to peel then we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to put a half a teaspoon of salt and the reason we’re adding the salt is because it makes your water boil faster then we’re going to put it at a high
Heat 78 and we’re going to let it boil for 12 minutes after the eggs are done boiling from 12 minutes we’re going to go ahead we’re going to remove it from this water we’re going to put it in new water okay then we’re going to go ahead
And we’re going to add some lime juice we’re going to add about like one teaspoon of lime juice and this is to take away the stinky smell that the eggs be having the eggs be spend like outside and they be a little bit sank and we
Want them to be stin mean by stin is that the egg smell like outside they have this raw smell that we you don’t want them to have so that’s why we put the lime juice then we’re going to go ahead we’re going to put some ice in
There so we could give it a ice bath and the reason we’re giving it the ice bath is so that the um eggs could cool down faster and also it makes it also easier to peel the eggs you guys then after that we’re going to start peeling our
Eggs and baby if you did everything the way I told you to do while you was boiling them eggs that sh going to come off very easy it’s going to come off very easy just like you used to be back in the days but you know what that’s not
My business that’s not my business we’re going to go ahead we’re going to um peel the eggs we’re going to make sure we take all all of the um shell from the egg and baby I’m tell this is this is going to slide off it’s going to slide
Off just just like that friend you see how easy it is to peel the eggs because you um um because of the white distill vinegar and because of that ice bath and there you go look at that that egg is beautiful and it it look good cuz
Sometime when you peel an egg that egg be looking like all my life I had to fight most of the yolk the white part be gone the it be gone cuz it it’s coming off with the shell and um your your ex be looking like it’s struggling and and
It’s been it was fighting for its life like it barely survive the tornado but if you follow the instruction baby your eggs going to turn out perfect just like that okay so then we’re going to go ahead we’re going to take our eggs and we’re going to cut it in half you guys

And I’m going to go ahead I’m going to take a fork and I’m just going to go ahead and I’mma squeeze down on that until I mushed all of them and there’s no big clumps and no lumps into my um devil egg feeling okay then I’m going to
Go ahead and I’m going start adding my seasonings well my my stuff to make it devil eggs I’m going to go ahead I’m going add some mayo I’mma add some yellow mustard and then I’m going to add my secret ingredient ranch dressing child I’m trying to tell you if you
Don’t know one now you know and don’t come over here talking about that Ding devil EG child this my recipe if I say Jesus hands go in there Jesus hands go in there okay find somebody else to argue with boy go argue with your mama
Cuz I ain’t got the time okay now where you going to find Jesus to put in there that’s your business we’re going to go ahead we’re going to add a little bit of that and then we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to add some um garlic
Powder we’re going to add some onion powder we’re going to add some sweet relish we’re going to add some o based seasoning okay and when you’re cooking it’s always better if you add a little bit at a time instead of adding everything like a large amount at a time
Because you can always subtract I mean you can always add but you can never subtract okay so if you it’s not enough you can add more but if you put tooo much you can’t you can’t subtract in total I added 5 tablesp of mayo 1 tblsp
Of yellow mustard 1 teaspoon of ranch 4 tablespoons of sweet relish 1 teaspoon of O Bay Seasoning a/ teaspoon of Tony Creole seasoning 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 teaspoon of um salt okay and I did add um a/ teaspoon of onion powder and a/ teaspoon of um garlic powder do
Not forget that I’m going have the exact measurements and recipe for you in the description box below have no fear your girl Freddy is here okay all right and when your feelings start looking a little something like this that’s how you know you are ready to start piping
Them up okay you don’t want the filling to be too thick but you don’t want it to be too loose as well the consistency I have right there is the consistency that you want so now I’m just going to go ahead and I’m going use a Piping Bag you
Guys I got this Piping Bag from Sheen for like 69 okay and it came with the um thingy Miga that you put inside of it to push it through this the little silver thing okay and I’m just going to go ahead and I’mma put all of my filling
Into there you guys I am not playing I make sure I get all of my fing so my devil X could be filled up to the tip of the top okay I’m basically licking the plate with my um with my spatula all right and if you do not have a Piping
Bag you can just use a spoon to fill um the eggs back in but I wanted to use a piping bag because it’s going to make it more appealing to the eye it’s going to just make it prettier and it’s going to just look more nice okay so this is what
I have that’s a little silver thing you know that’s said it came with yes it came with a couple so you can pick which one you want all right then I went ahead and I just um went to each every single egg and I started filling them in with
The filling okay at first I put it a little bit okay at first I put a little bit because um I didn’t want to make I wanted to make sure that they all got some feeling I didn’t want to put some too much in some and then the other was
Looking slow because they ain’t had no more I ain’t had no more to put in them so I only put a little bit at first so you know make sure everybody could get some and then once I realized that all of the devil eggs were full then I went
On and I topped them off and I put a little extra on the ones that was looking a little bit sad like it wasn’t really too much feeling inside of them so I went ahead and I put some more feelings inside of them friend just like
That and look at that they look so beautiful already oh my goodness all right then I went ahead and I got some peppera and I’m just going to go ahead I’m going to sprinkle some paprika on them devil eggs just so it could be more appealing to the eyes and it could be
More vibrant and it could be like beautiful and I’m also going to go ahead and I’m going grab some parsley and I’m going to do the same thing this is just to add Decor this is to um a garnish just to make it look more appealing to
The eyes just like you you know how you already pretty but you put makeup on to enhance your beauty and you go get your nails done and your hair done to enhance your beauty well that’s what we doing to the devil eggs we got to go ahead we got
To add that parsley and that pepper which is basically the makeup so it could be more appealing to the eye you get it just go ahead and give give these beautiful devil eggs a moment of silence for the beauty that they hold yes child yes look at them devil
