Welcome to my Trader Joe’s series, where I show you how to make an easy meal using ingredients from Trader Joe’s. Today we are making a spinach artichoke dip pasta. It’s creamy, decadent, and sooo easy to make.

Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
Spinach artichoke dip
Cherry tomatoes
Spaghetti
Lemon Juice
Fresh basil
Red pepper flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the frozen dip in a baking dish with half the cherry tomatoes and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions and reserve about 1/4 cup of the pasta water.
3. When the dip is ready stir with a spoon or spatula to combine with the roasted tomatoes.
4. Add the pasta, a little bit of pasta water, lemon juice, and mix.
5. Top with the remaining cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes.
