What’s up cousins issue girl and I’m back with a highly requested how I make my seafood video this one’s gonna be short quick and easy I am making a butter lemon sauce to go with this or to cook this seafood in tonight I’m making some lobster tails and some prawns or

Some extra jumbo jumbo shrimp and it is really not as hard as people think so right now I have my lobster tails I have my shrimp out and it’s all washed I popped the shell off my lobster I deveined everything and now I’m going to go ahead and just take a saucepan and

Add two sticks of butter to it and now we’re going keep going I’m gonna add my kickin chicken y’all know I love this kickin chicken it is highly highly suggested that you use this on everything you cook okay it just takes it to the next level I swear to you it

Does it works on everything pasta beef chicken pork seafood it does it all it’s like it’s like a one-of-a-kind do it all seasoning anyway we’re gonna add some garlic pepper to this as well and then we’re gonna go ahead and add in some seasoned salt and at the end I did

Add some Old Bay seasoning you guys won’t see this on the video but I definitely did do that and then so to go in with this butter sauce and those good ol seasonings I’m gonna go ahead and juice two whole lemons into directly into my saucepan so yeah let’s let’s watch me dude Once I get done juicing the lemons I’m gonna go ahead and add in a dab of the cocktail Louisiana cocktail sauce I don’t know I have never tried to do that before just something said you know what girl what goes better with seafood than cocktail sauce so little bit add into

Your butter sauce so I did I’ll say that’s probably about a tablespoon but y’all know how I about it I have it over a medium heat until it kind of you know starts to melt down then I take the little whisk you know whisk it together

Girl don’t be shy get in there and get all that goodness I just look look this looks delicious I would just yes you could probably dip anything in that and make it look good my mouth is watering okay anyway y’all might go give me some more seafood after this so basically

What I’m doing here is I’m just adding some more seasoning too directly to my lobster tails and my shrimp or prawns I’m gonna let this simmer over a low heat inside the butter sauce okay no water needed just butter sauce on all of this okay it turns out really good and

Also you guys you’ll probably notice that I left the seeds to the lemon in the sauce I’m not afraid of them they ain’t hurtin nobody they not hurting me I didn’t bother to take them out but of course you guys can do that if you like

I did that for about a total of about five minutes for all the entire cooking process and they are ready to eat you all the lobster tails turned out absolutely perfect look at them is that not perfection oh my goodness juicy and buttery and I just you know I

Just like to omit the water sometimes sometimes you don’t need water to steam some some seafood it doesn’t take long to cook just steam it in the butter baby get all that goodness and just deep down into the bits okay he personally I’m just going to pour some of that butter
