Ingredients.

750gr Turkey Breast
50gr Red dry Wine
650gr Vegetable Broth
300gr Tomatensauce
1TS Tomatoepaste
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
3Pc Allspice
1 Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Pinch of Sugar
15gr Olive oil for the Turkey to give a good colour for the meet
40 gr Olive oil for the food.

Tips.

First of all you have to cook in strong heat the meat and give a good colour, it is more tasteful this way.

After you cook the onion and the garlic, put the Tomatoepaste and cook it together with the other two ingredients to give more flavor to your food.
