INGREDIENTS
1 handful of spinach
50gr chickpeas flour
100ml water

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and cook the tortilla in a non stick pan with a drizzle of oil for 3-4 minute, then turn carefully on the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Fill it with your fav toppings, I used philadelphia lightest, smoked salmon and fresh spinach.
