3 large granny smith apples (peeled & thinly slices)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp cornstarch & 1/4 cup cold water *mixed together to add thickness once cooked down*

4 tbsp unsalted butter (cubed)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup flour
