Stuffed Chicken Breast With Spinach And Mozzarella Cheese, with special help from my twin

Ingredients

6 skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped into bits

2 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded.

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese shredded.

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Watch the video above for visual instructions.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

There are two ways you can slice and stuff the chicken. You can make a large slice in the chicken breasts (go for the side of the chicken breast that is thicker) horizontally to create a pocket without cutting through the breast.

Combine the shredded spinach, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a bowl. Stir and stuff the spinach and cheese mixture into the chicken.

Season the chicken with Kosher salt, and pepper.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until the thickest part of each chicken breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Timing will vary based on how thick your chicken breast is.

  1. I thought you guys did a pretty good job but I didn't see the lemon or vinegar to wash the chicken and there was no seasoning on the chicken at all just a dash of salt🙈

  2. 1. Season the actual cutlets 2. Add cream cheese and corn to your stuffing mix. 3. Enjoy a way more tasty and moist meal.

  3. My daughter shared this video with me. Glad to meet u two I'll see what's up. It looks delicious. This could be an elegant dish with a white cream sauce of some sort and some beautiful steamed carrots and a glass of something nice. Well I would have loved to see you two relax and do that. Thank u for sharing.

  4. looked very nice. I do a recipe similar. Chicken breast stuffed with Avocado and cheese wrapped in bacon. Seasoned with Oregano.
If you like Avocado you should give it a go.

  5. What really bothers me about this video is that he did not season the chicken, nor did he wash the chicken and vinegar and water. He never gave measurements of how much seasoning he put in and also no temperature or minutes for the oven. Smh

  9. Yall keep saying he didn't season the chicken , the seasoning is inside the chicken 😒. Just tweak the recipe to your liking instead of criticizing the way he likes his… I appreciate this recipe, thank you
