Ingredients:
2 aluminum loaf pans
(vegetable oil or butter to grease pans)
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 & 1/2 sticks butter (softened)
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs

Preheat oven to 325 & bake for 65 minutes.

Hey there welcome to my kitchen today we’re going to be making some pumpkin bread it’s super easy it’s delicious it’s homemade I mean what better can you get so if you want to learn how to make it just stay tuned and I’ll go ahead and show you the ingredients that you’re

Going to need to make this bread okay guys so in order to make this bread we’re going to need either a one of these like normal size loaf pans are two of these um aluminum loaf pans these are the ones that I like to use just

Because I like the way the bread seems so much more moist with these pans so if you’re going to use the aluminum ones you’re going to use two but if you’re going to use just a regular loaf pan then you’re going to use one so you’re going to need 1 15 oz can

Of pumpkin 2 cups of allpurpose flour two large eggs 1 teaspoon of baking soda a half a teaspoon of baking powder 1 and 1/2 sticks of of butter 2 cups of sugar 1 teaspoon of ground cloves 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg and you will need two

Bowls a medium size for the dry ingredients and then a large for the wet ingredients and a some type of electric mixer I have a hand mixer here and that’s about it so let’s get started so I’m just going to preheat my oven to 325

Okay guys the first thing I did is I greased and I flowed my pans just on the bottom I probably put a little bit too much flour but it’s okay so we’ll just set these aside okay guys so we’re going to put in two cups of flour but instead

Of just digging our measuring cup in here and getting the flour out like that we’re actually going to spoon the flour into the measuring cup just to make sure we get a good level amount next we’re going to put in 1 teaspoon of baking soda this is a half a teaspoon

Measuring spoon so I’m going to use two of These a half a teaspoon of baking powder and you’re going to use one teaspoon full for each of these the cloves the cinnamon and the nutmeg next next we’re just going to whisk all of this together so let’s do that and then I’ll see you for the next step next we’re

Going to be putting our 2 cups of sugar into our large bowl next guys we’re going to put our 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter in the microwave just soften it up like you can leave it out beforehand if you remember um just so that it can be room

Temperature but I always forget to do that so I always end up just putting it in the microwave for about 15 seconds and that’s usually pretty soft to where but it’s not runny or liquidy so I’m going to go ahead and do that and I’ll be right back next guys we’re going to

Take our electric mixer and beat the sugar and the butter on medium speed until it’s just Blended okay guys this is how the butter and sugar will look once it’s just Blended so next we’re going to add the eggs one at a Time okay guys this is how it looks after one egg so I’m going to go ahead and add in my next egg okay guys next we’re going to just keep beading the eggs with the sugar and butter until it’s very light and fluffy probably about a few minutes and I’ll show you

Guys what it looks like once I’m done okay guys see how light and fluffy that is so now the next step is to open our can of pumpkin and we’re going to go ahead and beat that in as well okay so the pumpkin’s in so let’s start

Mixing okay guys so this is how the mixture looks now that we mixed in the pumpkin so next we’re going to add our flow and everything that we put in this bowl and we’re going to mix it on low speed until it’s combined okay I like to

Add a little bit at a time because if not the flour just kind of goes everywhere so I’m going to add this and then I’m going to start mixing okay let’s go ahead and add the rest okay guys so this is how it should look and now we’re going to pour our

Mixture into our pans that we had greased and flowered Earlier and if the mixture feels thick don’t worry cuz that’s actually how you want it to be you don’t want it to be runny or anything like that okay guys so here’s our two pans already to go into the oven remember we preheated our oven at 325 and we’re going to cook these

Loaf pans on the middle wrap for about an hour and 5 minutes let’s say 65 minutes and I’ll see back when it’s done okay guys this is the final product I just took it out of the oven so what we have to do now is just kind of let it

Cool for a little bit and then we’re going to get our butter knife and we’re going to go along along the edges like this so that way we can pop this bread out of here and I will be back once I do that okay here’s the pumpkin bread out

Of the little pan and it’s really easy to take it out all you have to do is just do the little thing on the sides and then you can just kind of like tump it over and it comes out just make sure that’s why it’s really important to

Grease it and flour it at the bottom because if not then there’ll be like little pieces that stick to your pan and won’t come out whole but anyways here’s our bread isn’t it beautiful it’s still it’s kind of warm still but what I did was I cut a piece off my other one

Because if you cut it too soon can start to like fall apart so you want to like let it cool down completely before you cut it also what I like to do is I wrap mine in plastic wrap because I feel like that really keeps it like nice and moist

And it even kind of like as it you know it sits there and stuff it kind of even gets even more moist so yeah that’s just another tip but I’ll go ahead and do a little taste test of our pumpkin bread very moist it’s sweet but it’s not
