Well hello friends and welcome back to my channel I’m Renee and today it’s just an easy baking day we are going to relax and do some simple baking of bread um we’re just going to do some Italian bread I’m going to make up homemade loaves of Italian bread and I’m going to

Put some garlic of my garlic spread together cuz we’re going to make garlic bread with them and I’m going to put put that all together for my market stand and also we’re going to make some oh it’s like a vnes breakfast bread it it’s bread a beautiful soft bread with a hint

Of sweetness and chocolate chips wonderful to have with either coffee or tea and in my case we’re going to put it on our shakery board so we’re going to get busy and we’re going to make those two things and it’s just going to be a

Fun day and after that’s all done if if we have time which I’m hoping and I I believe we will we’re going to make a beautiful Mexican hot chocolate that you could make for Christmas or any time of year for that matter so let’s get busy cooking friends okay friends so with

This it tellan bread it is so easy to make we’re going to do one tablespoon of our yeast and we’re going to put it in there oh I want to do my sugar first we’re going to do a teaspoon of sugar that’s going to feed your yeast there’s a teaspoon of sugar and

Then we’re going to put our water in there and we’re going to leave that um proof so for about 5 minutes or so just until I see it start coming to life then we can finish up with everything else in the meantime we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to get

Our flour ready and we need 5 and 1/2 cups of flour and I got something in there already oh a tablespoon we need 5 and 1/2 cups of flour so we’re just going to level it off This makes five and then all we need is a half cup which is about there perfect okay now to that we’re going to do two tpoon of salt just give that a little mix that is not starting yet it’s not blooming yet oh there it goes it’s starting it’s good I wish you

Could see that but it’s so hard to show that on the camera it’s just like the froth in there just starts expanding and growing almost so with that we can start we can put this in there now okay let me get my dough hook on here and then I’m just going to I’m

Going to put all this in at once all my flour in at once and my Salt’s mixed into it and we are going to turn this on to two and we’re going to let this get Incorporated and then once it’s Incorporated we’re going to go ahead and

Let it continue to knead for about 7 8 minutes now you can certainly do this by hand if you want you’re going to need you’re going to have to need it about 10 10 minutes till it’s nice and elastic heat so we’re going to let that go and

I’ll be back when that’s ready to work with again okay friends that is done it’s done eting and it’s beautiful now I’m going to do is oil my bowl up a little bit and we’re going to get this out of here this is beautiful dough look at

That I’m going to just give it a little bit of a KNE right here just to form it into a nice ball that’s beautiful dough look at how soft and beautiful that is I don’t even need flour on my board perfect I’m going to slide across

Here okay we’re just going to form that into a beautiful ball look how soft and supple that is gorgeous all right flip it upside down I’m going to grease my bowl with this flip it back over and it’s going to sit there and rise for about 2

Hours there we go that’s how easy that is to put together so now when this is done Rising we’ll come back and we’ll turn this into some beautiful garlic bread we’ll bake it off and we’ll turn it into beautiful garlic bread for the freezer all right friends this is fairly

Easy to put together so what we’re going to do is I’m going to put my yeast in here which is one good tablespoon of yeast all right I got that going in there now we’re going to do four tablespoons of sugar I’m going to put all this right in here because

This is what’s going to feed your yeast and this is what’s going to give that bread that that hint of sweetness just wonderful almost like the Amish white bread you know that can be kind of sweet too perfect Okay so we’ve got the sugar the

Yeast let me see my recipe here we got sugar yeast powdered milk I knew I was forgetting something we’re going to put a/4 cup of that in because there’s also eggs going in this bread so this bread is going to be a beauti beautiful soft it’s just going

To be delicious we’re going to put that in there all right that’s good now we’re going to put our 2/3 cups of very warm water in it and what I’m going to do is I’m going to remove this a second because I’m going to mix this

Really good because I don’t want I want that milk to all dissolve and if you ever get that shelf stable milk you know that is perfect for baking with and you can convert that from a powder to a liquid real easy you just Google it

But you can use that a lot of people say oh I don’t like that milk we don’t drink it but it’s beautiful for baking with it’s perfect okay so we’re going to make sure that that proofs and while it’s doing that we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to get

Out our we’re going to put our flour and our salt together actually I’m not going to dirty a bowl friends we’re going to put it right in there so give it about 10 minutes to proof and we’ll be back okay so now that this is proved we’re going to go ahead

And we’re going to whisk in two of our eggs this is going to be wonderful bread it’s going to be Fant you know what I I’m going to use this because I want to B break those up just whisk them right in there okay get off

There now we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to work on our flour and we’re going to do four cups of flour and when I talk to you I lose count y all know that there’s four cups of flour and now we’re going to do our

Believe it’s a teaspoon of salt yep one teaspoon of salt I’m just going to put that right on top of my flour mix in my flour a little bit okay now this is going to Mix and then once I get that mixed in then we’re going to add our butter and our chocolate chips okay friends now that I got this all done we’re going to all mix together we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to put in our 1/4 cup of

Butter you want to get through oh thank you and it’s soft butter like room temperature it’s not not I shouldn’t say softened it’s just room temperature and we’re also going to put in 2/3 cups of a nice quality chocolate chip okay and we’re just going to let that Mix and that let that butter and and all that that mixed together and it’ll be wonderful okay this is done and all ready to rise so I got my Bowl here I’m going to put a little bit of oil in there we’re all done with this we can set that aside this is

Gorgeous now we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to knead this just a little little bit more I think it needs to mix a little bit more so I’m just going to need it by hand get all that butter mixed right in there there it’s looking good

Okay okay now we’re going to put this in a ball I’m going to put my chocolate chips all back in there okay this is going to go in here upside down right side up I’m going to cover this up and it’s going to sit for an

Hour okay friends we are ready to put this French bread together it’s gorgeous look at that I’m not going to really punch it down because I’m going to flatten it out and roll it into loaves anyway so look at that just gorgeous that beautiful bread

Now because this is going to go into the market stand I want to weigh this and I want to make it two completely equal loes of bread so we’ll see we’re going to take just a hair off that one okay that is good that is nearly perfect okay so with

These we’re just going to roll these out I don’t do nothing fancy just roll them out I’m going tuck in these ends though okay tucking those ends a little bit okay that’s going to go right there then we got this one we can roll this one out I pinch all these

Seams you can roll it any way you want just as long as you get it into a log you know all right now I’m going to just put my towel over these let them sit over there in the edge of the counter and they’ll be fine

For about we’re going to let them rise for about another half an hour and then we’ll bake them off in the meantime friends my um Flash Foods that I got I’ve got potatoes roasting in the oven you know the um and I just put salt and pepper on

Them because I don’t want them obligated to a certain dish I’m only par baking them and then I’m going to just like I showed you before I’m just going to freeze them I also have some on the stove I’m going to make mashed potatoes because I am going to make some potato

Bread and of course I’ll bring you along with that when we make that it’ll be wonderful potato bread potato rolls you can do a lot with mashed potatoes okay friends our this is ready and our oven is preheated to 400° so we’re going to set this up now

We’re going to make a couple like four nice slits in this okay and both of them okay and these are going to go in the oven just the way they are for about 20 to 25 minutes and these will be a couple beautiful loaves of bread okay friends this is ready this is

Beautiful where is my okay and I’ve got my tray right here cuz this is going to make four smaller baguettes this stuff is beautiful okay make sure you don’t leave uh leave behind any of your beautiful chocolate chips okay now I’m going to weigh this because I want these to

Be fairly even in size we going to turn this on and we’re going to weigh the whole thing okay now we’re going to cut it in four pieces pretty close okay that’s pretty good too let’s see here okay that’s good set that aside now we’re just going to roll

These beautiful into beautiful little loaves we’re not going to forget any of our goodies on here either okay there is one see how small that is it’s just like a small bag at okay know iix that I don’t like the looks of that okay these are beautiful I’m telling you

Okay just shape it Roll It shape it into a nice little log and it’ll be beautiful okay there’s that one I want to redo this one’s a little too thick for me okay there we go that’s much better and I guess this one needs a little bit of rolling twoo it’s a little

Long or a little fat okay we are good these are beautiful see those they’re going to sit right there I’m going to cover them up with the same towel and these are going to rise for about another hour before they can go in okay friends these are done and they

Are gorgeous so I’m just going to slather them with a little bit of butter on top not a whole lot cuz they are screaming hot there we go they’re beautiful I need a little more butter than that and the other ones are still Rising they’re not quite ready to go in so

We’re going to let this cool and then tomorrow a whole new day I will show you how I just get these all ready and slathered with garlic and ready for the uh freezer so there those are gorgeous aren’t they take a look they’re beautiful okay friends these are ready to work with

Beautiful all right we’re just going to put a couple of slits in these I’m just going to do two because they’re so small these are beautiful these will look beautiful on sh cerie board too now I just took a little bit of um egg and water one egg and about a

Good tablespoon of water and we’re just going to give these a nice brush a nice egg wash beautiful okay now these are going to go in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes and we’ll check them about 20 minutes at 400° too these came out beautiful look at

Them I’m just going to put a little bit of butter on them not I’m not going to drench them or nothing like that just a a little bit they’re beautiful and they smell wonderful and this one looks like a hot mess but it still is going to be

Delicious couple of them look like they got beat up a little bit but they’re beautiful look that now I’m just going to let these cool okay friends well these are done and they’re gorgeous the Italian bread you can see that that’s done it’s beautiful that’s already cool tomorrow

Morning we’re going to turn this into the most Divine garlic bread ever and then I’m going to repackage it for the freezer and that’ll be wonderful for a busy week night you know beautiful these are going to be packed and froze for our shakuri board next week anyway I’ll see

You in the morning okay friends it is the next day and I have got all my stuff here ready for my uh garlic butter now I did this the other day in a video so I got a couple sticks of butter in here but I’ll do

This again I got grated up Garlic a whole bunch of it for the two sticks let me get that all in there okay now with that I’m going to put a little bit of pepper in there because this is for us and we love pepper I’m also going to do and this is

Optional for you too I’m going to do a little bit of onion powder actually it’s granulated onion so I’m going to do just a little bit of that about a teaspoon and then to that I’m going to add parsley about a good tablespoon and then we’re just going to

Take and we’re just going to mix this all up isn’t it gorgeous mix it up really good because then we’re going to spread it all on our Breads and they’re going to go in the freezer you can freeze this too by the way okay we’re going to set that

Aside now the bread I had packaged it in my bread bags I’m they’re going to go back into these bread bags I didn’t want them to get I want them to stay fresh overnight so we got one there and we’ll get this one out and these are fantastic in the

Freezer okay so what we’re going to do with these is we’re just going to cut these right in half lengthwise not all the way through though there we go and we’ll do this one all right there we go now we’re going to take and we’re going to spread this all on

Here beautiful I love that garlic it smells wonderful I just want it smeared all over this okay my butter wasn’t soft enough so I stuck it in my oven on the proof um setting and it softened right up it didn’t melt it it just softened it right up

Beautifully okay so let’s see I need my rubber spatula here okay now we’re just going to spread this all on here this is beautiful friends okay that is it it’s that easy now a lot of you can take if you want if you want to do this

In half if you want to cut these in slices and flash freeze them that’s all right too but what I do is I just fold it in half and I put it right right back in my bag and then when I thaw it out I just put it in the refrigerator overnight let

It thaw out the next day open it up and you might have to redistribute some of the butter in there but that’s all right spread it back around make it nice and pop it in under your Broiler you could put a little cheese on it or leave it plain Works

Beautifully I just treat it just like the uh loaves you buy in the store that you know are put together with the uh garlic butter and stuff all on them that’s it that’s all you got to do with that that’s how easy the garlic bread is to put together and homemade at

That okay friends now that we got that put together let’s work on I told you I was going to show you how easy it is to put together together your French bread to freeze before you bake it now you already seen uh the recipe and how to put it

Together when I did the other French bread for the garlic bread now I’ll show you freezing it and it really is quite easy I’m just doing this looks like I’m kneading it but I’m just doing this to uh get the air all out of it

Okay and this is going to make two nice loaves so we’re going to divide this in half and I’m not going to get my scale up because this isn’t going in the market stand this is for us okay so with that I am just going to flatten this

Out and it’ll get all the rest of the air out of it too okay beautiful okay here we go we’re just going to start rolling it and roll it nice and tight okay and then we’re going to tuck this end in just a little bit we’re going to pinch the seams best we

Can turn it over kind of shape it into a nice little log and then I roll it to try and uh seal up that seam in the back and of course it didn’t so we go back through here and we’ll pinch it one more time and we’ll seal

It there we go we got it okay so the next thing we’re going to do is uh we’re going to wrap this right away and I’m going to wrap this as tight as I can just like so beautiful tuck the edges down and it’s going to go inside of a Ziploc

Bag so we’ll get this next one done you can do this with any bread any bread dough that you want I don’t want parsley in that get off there oh it’s on my wrist I got parsley on my hands yeah you can do this with any bread dough that you want

All right we’re just going to start rolling it nice and tight this piece is still got air in it I don’t want no air in it okay we’re going to tuck this in we are going to pinch the edges and then we’ll roll it to seal those

Edges okay and just kind of shape it really nice I got a piece of air in there I got a bubble that’s all right that’ll work out that’s it now see this one is a little bit longer but this will be the same way beautiful we’re going to do the same

With same with this one we’re going to wrap it in here as tight as we can there we have it there’s our two beautiful bread bread loaves ready for the freezer I want to write French bread on here I don’t need to put any directions

On it because I already know how to bake it but I just need to know what it is and the date now this bread I already showed you how to bake it so I don’t I think I need to tell you that really it does turn out

Beautiful and I’m only going to be able to do one in each bag cuz two won’t fit there we go perfect that won’t get uh fro um freezer burnt and you could wrap them in aluminum foil too if you want I just don’t want to do that I like put mine in

A Ziploc bag and this is French bread and these can go in the freezer right now they’re all set perfect I love it well there we have it friends we had a really nice relaxing baking day um we did bread for the freezer we did Italian bread this is Italian bread

And I wrot French bread on it whoops I have to fix that anyway we did the Italian bread for the freezer we did Italian bread garlic bread for the freezer and we also made some beautiful Vienna bread some chocolate chip Vienna bread that’s that going to go in the

Freezer as well because we’re going to use this on our shakeri board and I will probably use some of the Italian bread on the shuder boards as well we’re going to do the hot chocolate next time cuz I’m running out of time friends you all have a wonderful day thanks for hanging
