FATTEH SANWICH RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Minced Meat – 800g
Arabic Pita Bread – 2 Packets
Onion – 2 Medium
Green Bell Pepper – 2 Medium
Crushed Garlic – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Sumac – 1 & ½ tbsp.
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chillie Powder -1/2 tsp
Red Chillie Flakes – 1 & ½ tsp
Pomegranate – for Garnish
Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp for Shallow frying
Salt – 1 tsp

For White Sauce :-
Tahina – ½ Cup
Lemon – 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Yoghurt – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method:-

For Filling Preparation Method :-

Take a bowl add 800g of beef or mutton minced meat , add 1 tsp of salt , 1 tsp of black pepper ,1/2 tsp of garam masala & ½ tsp of caradamom Powder , 1 tsp of corainder powder , ½ tsp of red chilli powder & ½ tsp of red chilli flakes , add 1 & ½ tbsp sumac , add 2 medium sized Onion finely chopped , 2 medium size Green Bell Pepper finely chopped , 1 tbsp of Garlic (Crushed) , mix all well with hands then take small Arabic Pita Bread , cut into half with kitchen scissor and then stuff the filling into hole of pita bread, fill all by repeating the process , then keep them aside , take a pan pour 2 tbsp of Oil , if needed you can add more oil , you have to Shallow fry them on low flame , make sure you fry first the open stuffed side of bread , then slowly you can flip all sides to fry them , when golden in colour you can remove it and keep aside.

For Tahina Sauce Preparation Method:-
Take a bowl add ½ Tahina , 2 tbsp of yoghurt , 1 tsp of Garlic Paste , 2 tbsp of Lemon juice , mix all well with hand whisker , if they are thick you can add little water to bring it into semi thickness.

Final Preparation:-
Lay the Arabic Bread Fatteh’s on Plate , pour the Tahina Sauce on top of it and garnish large quantity of Pomegranate seeds & pour little pomegranate molasses syrups as well.

Serving:
Serve it with Tahina Sauce & Pomegranate
