Hello, friends! I cooked this recipe while I actually was in Vietnam so I hope you enjoy it. It’s really common dish there so I tried to do it as similar as possible.

These are the ingredients:
Chicken bones (1000 g)
Beef meat for broth (500 g)
Beef meat for serving (200g)
Pure water (6000 g)
Hoisin paste 2 tbsp (50 g)
Soy sauce 5 tbsp (30 g)
Flavor enhancer (15 g)
Onion (300 g)
Ginger (100 g)
Star anise 3 pcs (1 g)
Cinnamon stick 1 pc (1 g)
Cloves 6 pcs (2 g)
Cilantro, mint, green onions, sprouts
Salt, sugar to taste
