Oh oh I finally got to my chicken marinade that I’ve been promising y’all for how long let’s see how this whipped up okay I got this recipe let’s see this I printed it out but it doesn’t have any link to it or where it was from

I don’t remember where I got this from but it says the best chicken marinade so I tried it and we thought it was pretty good for grilling or baking so we’re going to make this up so we’re going to use our vacuum tumbler I like to give the chicken some wax

They say put this in a freezer bag for at least a minimum of an hour but you know you can do it 24 so another way just to have chicken okay get off there so we’re going to grill this I’ve been trying to get to this recipe

Everybody oh Jane what for a week or two no that like a month right and then we run so late that we never get to it and today we’re running late let’s see it’s 8:00 at night everybody and we’re still meal prepping it was a crazy

Crazy day all right chicken is done now let’s put this marinade together let’s get this over here I got some jerky I got to finish off over here um I got two orders for that so it’s says a half a cup half a cup of here it is we got all of our

Seasoning and everything over here of olive oil so we go with the light so we’re going to put that in half a cup Sorry that’s the wife in the background she’s getting the other chicken ready for our salad for dendon we’re waiting for our son to come over he’s over at BioLife all right so we got a half a cup of olive oil then it says how do you say that honey again

Balsamic B what what balsamic balsamic not it’s balsamic balsamic vinegar or other vinegar we’re going to go with the bomic vinegar what you laughing at over there I have a difficult time speaking and that’s a half a cup that’s why I’m doing a cooking show right okay

Okay ooh look at that we’re moving we’ll put that off to the side then it says 1/4 cup of soy sauce low soy sauce so 1/4 cup of this Bingo all right now 1 14 cup of Worster sauce where’s the Worster right next to the where it’s right in front of you

Oh I I knew that I really did everybody it’s not like you know I don’t know where anything’s in my kitchen we’re going to put 1/4 cup in that oh oh just we finally finished the bottle that took me 12 years you know well dude there’s a little flavor

Back in there so water in there cuz we were just a tad off we like that there we go that’s gabage we’ll put our gabage pile then it says an eighth lemon juice I don’t know if that’s it says C 1/8 so that’s an eighth of a cup mhm yeah

What’s an eighth of a cup half of a quarter yeah it does say does says 1/8 cup um okay I feel stupid everybody so I’m going to put oh jeez I I squeezed really too hard and I launched punched it okay there we go I knew that everybody

Um wow I can’t believe I didn’t know that I should have known that that I mean I’m the I’m the one that’s got like all the math skills supposedly okay then it says 34 cup of brown sugar we tried this we liked it we tweaked it a little

Bit so I don’t really pack the brown sugar give it a little bit less you know I thought it was a little bit too sweet so I just kind of lightly put it in there takes it a little bit off and I think it does a little bit better job at

It we’ll put that off to the side so the wife can get that done now two tasp spoons of dried rosemary so there’s one and there’s two we got that done yeah I was double checking it so that’s done then it says two tablespoon of Dijon mustard

Or spicy brown mustard I’m going with the ground mustard I like that better uh you could even do a mustard horseradish that flattens that’s a little bit more than that but that’s okay that’s in there this is done we add our seasoning a little salt pepper

Garlic onion our SB go we just put a little bit of that in there just to give it some flavor then it says to add one and A2 teaspoon of salt but I’m just going to go with one teaspoon because I already got all that salt and everything else and this is sea

Salt so I’ll just grab some if it’s not all the way up it’s not all the way up because this can get kind of salty it can get kind of sweet so you’re going to check it out if you have to cut it back a little bit to your flavoring to your

Taste but it’s still very good then it says ground pepper one teaspoon we got that and then it says garlic 2 teaspoons of garlic and that’s the gar garlic granules that we will will use so let me get this open o it just launched garlic All Over Me This I always

Add tablespoon of minc garlic boom with the juice get a little juice in there that can go back over here and I put in a little Dill for me because I just love Dill I would say that was about a half a teaspoon and in the garlic granule I put

That big chunk but I’m still going to add a little bit in there so I’m just going to go there you go that’s enough just a Sprinkle just a dash and a little parsley okay let’s whip this up everybody this is our marinade and this is good for They say six chicken

Breasts and or 3 and 1/2 lbs of chicken so we got four and we’re going to let this go about an hour in the machine and an hour in the machine would be like almost 30 hours this should absorb all of this get that whipped up really good mixed

Up now if you’re doing this in just your regular Ziploc freezer bags get it in there and then what you do is if you’re doing it that way everybody massage get all the air out of it okay there we go and then kind of massage it into the chicken flip it

Massage it time you go near the open it flip it massage it that will help it smell smells really good everybody M that smells good all right I got a big mess to clean up we’re going to get this going right now let’s see how this looks out on the

Grill here in a short bit and then we’re going to have our finally it finally taken care of okay so the marinade all done I got the grill going just look how they came out just look at this this is gorgeous I got all this extra juice

That’s just corn out of it that I could use to base it so I’m going to indirect cook these so we had her up to over 700° so I’m going to turn off these burners give her a nice scrape now oh those are going to be nice and

Hot it’s going to Seer that chicken right away all right okay we’re going to close this up for a second going to bring this down to about half power half oh this is going to be so good everybody let’s get this going oh hold on a second

Ah I think I left my beer in the house all right she’s dropping down good enough let’s give her a whirl everybody okay so we’re going to put the presentation down and we’re going to go right here and oh just look how big these breasts became from absorbing that one right

There put this one right here and then that one right there it’s good marinade now let’s hit that old stopwatch let give that about 2 to 3 minutes we’re slowly bringing this down to 3 and a/4 300 and direct it then just like what we’re doing right now right

Now like Grill is so hot it’s a searing it and then what we’re going to do is we’re going to let them sit for about 40 minutes cooking that way and then we’re going to have excellent meal prep so I finally got to this marinade so we have some left over the

Base and we’ll check this out in a second all right that’s been 2 and 1/2 minutes let’s give these a drill it like that for a second like this like that like this get some nice grill marks on there okay 4 minutes now we flip them let’s see how they’re

Looking all right let’s see right there that’s burner we’re just going to give her a oh come on come on flip oh look at that beauty get that a FP oh the brown sugar in that just makes it ser up so much nicer oh just like that now we’ll get this one right

There m what’s in that Sizzle everybody okay now got the Rosemary in there the brown sugar all the seasoning now we’re going to get this down to about 300 325 oh yeah oh can you see that everybody let’s see can I zoom in on it what do you think of that everybody

Just look how gorgeous that is right now that’s only being on there for 4 minutes I mean just look at that a this is going to be good eating everybody it’s going to be darn good eating this is this is meal preps right here look at that so we got 5 minutes in

Right now we’re getting the temperature down to 300 325 let’s see where she flips up to we got a little bit more so when we check them I don’t have to flip them anymore now everybody just leave them like that well there we go pulled straight

Off of the grill look at that isn’t that just gorgeous you can just see it oh let’s cut one of these up and see what it tastes like we got our dinner our salad buffet so let’s grab one of these let’s grab a small plate these are just for meal preps

Everybody so let’s go with this one let’s just cut that chicken oh look at it just fell right apart look how juicy that is you know all right so I get the first bite wow that is incredible just look at the juice just pour out of that okay guinea pig number two it’s
